About Living Cult
Founded in March 2021, Living Cult began its journey as a curatorial platform exploring spaces, objects, and interiors that authentically reflected their owners’ identities. What started as an independent archive and a way of collecting and sharing inspiring design gradually grew into a practice of its own. In 2022, Living Cult introduced its first original products, opening a new chapter focused on creating objects as well as curating them. In 2024, this evolving practice became a design studio, bringing together interior, spatial, and product design.
Today, Living Cult is an independent multidisciplinary design studio founded by architect and designer Müge Kahraman. Moving between space and object, the studio develops interiors, spatial environments and collectible products through a design approach rooted in ephemerality and experimentation.
With a background spanning architecture, interior design, and product development, Living Cult approaches design as a way of shaping identity and experience. Alongside commissioned work, we continue to develop our own collection of objects, exploring materials, colour, form, and the relationship between functional objects and spatial experience.

Istanbul-based designer and architect, Müge Kahraman, studied architecture in Istanbul and earned her MA in Interior and Spatial Design from London. With over seven years of experience working for both boutique and large-scale architecture and interior design firms, Müge's individual design journey began with the launch of Living Cult.
Rooted in her architectural education, Müge views architecture as the foundation for exploring all design fields. She brings this multidisciplinary approach to her work, seeking to apply her skills in innovative ways that blur the boundaries of architecture, interior design, and product design.
